Happy Holidays!

The Monday before Christmas and all through the school, every creature was stirring, even the mice!
I'm sure it is going to be a very exciting week for all the students. Trying to keep everyone focused and busy will be quite a task. I think I'm up to it! We have a lot to finish before we go on break and a lot of fun activities to do with other students in our school. I'm looking forward to wearing my slippers and drinking hot cocoa while watching "Polar Express" on Wednesday. In the afternoon all the kindergarten classes will be singing Christmas songs with the third and fourth grade students. Anyone up for a chorus of "Jingle Bells"? What a fun way to end our day before the break! Have a safe and fun time with your families everyone. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Brrr!

What a cold day in central Wisconsin! Inside recess again today. It's too bad that we received all that snow and no one can get outside to enjoy it. I'm hoping it will warm up sometime this week so the students can go outside. With Christmas on the way and having to stay inside because of the cold, everyone is going stir crazy. Cabin fever has set in on all of us early this year! Keep warm everyone!

Welcome!

Here is our blog that will connect our class with a friend halfway around the world. We look forward to hearing how the trip is going and we hope to post some news from Wisconsin. Hope you enjoy our letters! Have fun!
